Accessibility statement
Ralspin is built for families, and families come in every shape. Our service should work for everyone, including people with disabilities. This page describes our commitment, our current standards, and how to tell us when we fall short.
§ 01Our commitment
We believe access to opportunities should not depend on whether a website was designed with you in mind. We aim to make ralspin.com, our subscriber edits, our digital downloads, and our communications usable by people with the widest possible range of abilities, including subscribers who use screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, voice control, screen magnification, or other assistive technologies.
We collect this information from you directly (intake form, account creation, purchases, emails) and from our service providers in the ordinary course of operating the service. We do not buy information about you from data brokers.
§ 02Our standard
We aim to conform with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium. WCAG is the most widely recognized standard for accessible web content. We are working toward conformance and continue to identify and fix issues as we find them.
§ 03What we’ve done
Specific measures in place:
- Color contrast on text and key interface elements meets or exceeds WCAG 2.1 AA contrast ratios.
- Keyboard navigation works throughout the site, including form completion, navigation menus, and subscriber dashboards.
- Images include descriptive alternative text. Decorative images are marked as such for screen readers.
- Subscriber edits (PDFs) are generated with structural tagging so screen readers can navigate them.
- Forms include accessible labels and clear error messages.
- Content uses plain language at a reading level appropriate for general adult audiences
§ 04What we’re working on
Accessibility is a continuous practice, not a one-time project. Current improvements in progress:
- Audio versions of monthly subscriber edits, for subscribers who prefer audio or who use screen readers.
- Expanded keyboard shortcuts for the subscriber dashboard.
- Periodic accessibility audits by an independent reviewer.
§ 05Known limitations
We disclose limitations honestly rather than hiding them:
- Some embedded third-party content (program websites we link to) may not meet our accessibility standards. We aim to describe linked content clearly so you can decide whether to follow a link.
- PDFs older than 6.15.2026 may not have full structural tagging. Newer subscriber edits do; we are progressively re-generating older ones.
§ 06Tell us when we fall short
If you encounter an accessibility issue on ralspin.com or in any communication from us, please tell us. We treat accessibility feedback as a priority and aim to respond within two business days.
Email [email protected] with as much detail as you can share: what you were trying to do, what page or document, what assistive technology you use, and what went wrong. We will work with you directly to resolve the issue, including providing the information you needed in a different format right away.
§ 07Alternative formats
If any document, edit, or page is inaccessible to you in its current form, we will provide the information in an alternative format — large print, plain text, audio, or another format that works for you. Email [email protected] and we will respond within two business days.
§ 08Contact
Accessibility questions, feedback, or requests for alternative formats: [email protected].
